Job Opportunity

The Actuary plays a crucial role in the organization, working to solve today's challenges through innovation and collaboration. Their primary focus is on life- and health-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and product best practices to influence regional and local office work.
  • Identify emerging biometric risks, producing pricing tools, documentation, and guidance to meet new challenges.
  • Undertake benchmarking of key pricing assumptions, summarizing findings and identifying opportunities for further guidance or thought leadership.
  • Provide cross-market comparisons and identify trends in Mortality and Morbidity products found in all global markets.
  • Lead pricing consulting projects provided to local or regional teams or as requested by global initiatives.
Requirements
  • FSA or equivalent accreditation is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in individual mortality, longevity, and morbidity (re)insurance.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of senior-level product/pricing actuarial experience.
  • Prior experience developing pricing bases, especially in mortality and morbidity future trend assumptions, would be highly valued.
Skill Requirements
  • Advanced technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
