Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this Behaviour Support Coach role, you must possess a strong sporting background and relevant experience working with children in a school or Special Needs setting. You should also have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to act calmly and professionally when dealing with challenging situations.

You must hold a valid Enhanced DBS Disclosure and have completed professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and safeguarding training. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and all employment breaks must be explained. You must also have the legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.

In terms of qualifications, a degree in a relevant field such as Education, Sport Science, or Psychology would be advantageous. However, relevant experience and skills can compensate for a lack of formal qualifications.
