Housing Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the eradication of housing poverty by delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive property inspections, allocations of vacant properties, rental collection, and effective arrears management.
- Conduct thorough condition reports, coordinate lease and rent reviews, and perform exit procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, Asset Management Units, clients, and support agencies.
This role requires performing administrative tasks such as reporting, addressing complaints, adhering to compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systems.
About You- You will possess a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals in our community.
- Have demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services.
- Possess a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
You will work sensitively with diverse customer groups who require complex needs, including those experiencing housing crisis, as well as confidently liaising with various stakeholders, including vulnerable people.
