The Role
The Senior Clinical Lead (SCL) position is integral to our Community Health Services, reporting directly to the Manager of Community Health Services. This role involves collaboration with senior management and administrative teams to guide and support our healthcare professionals. The SCL is responsible for delivering high-quality, in-home nursing care that is centered around the needs of clients, their families, and healthcare providers, while adhering to established clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Clinical Lead will manage a focused caseload and provide both internal and external clinical supervision to ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and managing healthcare teams.
- Strong ability to uphold clinical excellence in line with compliance and governance standards.

Essential Requirements
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the relevant health authority.
- Successful completion of a National Police Check.
- Compliance with Working with Vulnerable People regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
