Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated educators to provide quality education and care to children in a dynamic outside school hours care setting.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their ongoing development. They will also participate in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre and foster relationships with families and children throughout the centre.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
  • Support the ongoing development of the children through engaging and fun activities tailored to each child's unique interests and abilities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of centre programs
  • Foster strong relationships with families and children throughout the centre

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework- My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework
  • Can communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
