As a key member of the team, this exciting opportunity exists for a Supervisor Patient Support Assistants to focus on daily tasks and improve the patient's experience.
This role requires supervising Patient Support Assistants while participating as a valued team player in Environmental Services, coordinating workflow in a values-based environment.
- The supervisor is responsible for completing all PSA duties with additional responsibilities.
- Prioritise workloads and organise replacement staff due to short term emergent leave such as sick leave.
- Support PSAs in the completion of their day-to-day duties.
- Monitor communication regarding unscheduled tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular audits, document planned actions, deliver feedback and ensure breaches are rectified.
