At RAC WA, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Representative to join our team in Bentley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills and passion for the automotive industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing member experiences during vehicle services, coordinating with technicians, and communicating with customers.

  • Greet members, confirm vehicle information, and provide estimates for repair and maintenance services.
  • Explain work to be performed, offer recommendations for additional works, and prepare repair orders.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide regular updates to members on their vehicle's status.
  • Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable).
  • Sound administrative and clerical skills.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships.
