Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

 

Job Description:

 

To oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.

 

Key responsibilities include liaising with client contacts, building strong working relationships, maintaining vendor compliance records, managing contract aspects, and preparing reports as requested.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

Customer service focus with ability to communicate at all levels; experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment; exposure in facilities management; excellent time management and organization skills with ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.

 

Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
