Optimizing Factory Efficiency

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our production team as Assembly Technicians. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminium doors and windows.

This is a manual labour role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience in security screen and window assembly, this would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fabrication and assembly of aluminium doors and windows
  • Reading and interpreting production paperwork
  • Accurately using measuring tapes to determine material lengths within one millimetre
  • Working with hand tools and undertaking manual labour
  • Understanding safe manual handling and OHS procedures
