Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by confirming scheduled times and access.
  • Execute daily service runs, driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelines.
  • Perform a range of tasks including service, measurement, rework, refit, removal, and reinstall of products and parts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for resolution.
  • Maintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle.
  • Collect COD balances when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in window and door servicing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and service skills.
  • High standard of workmanship.
  • Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measure.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectify, and fix in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to safe and compliance work practices.
  • Hold a Construction White Card.
  • Carpentry, glazing, joinery, or similar industry experience is highly regarded.
