We are seeking an exceptional Associate-level lawyer with a strong focus on WHS and regulatory law to join our team.

You will work alongside senior practitioners who have led landmark industrial manslaughter prosecutions and advised on major state-wide compliance projects. The team is highly collaborative, supportive, and known for a strong mentoring culture and good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic advice on safety and compliance matters to our clients
  • Conducting WHS prosecutions, including indictable offences and reckless conduct
  • Preparing for and appearing in coronial inquests and jury trials
  • Advising on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement

About you
  • A minimum of 2-5 years post-admission experience as a lawyer
  • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
  • Experience with prosecutions, inquests, or complex advisory matters is highly regarded
