Job Overview

\

KBR is seeking an experienced Design Manager/Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team in Perth and provide support to a key defence project.

\

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure project deliverables meet our stringent cost, time, and quality objectives, while fostering robust, trusted relationships with our clients.

\

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive infrastructure design experience, ideally in the Defence sector. You should have demonstrated experience in working under a Defence Design Services Contract and/or Managing Contract.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.\
  • Mentor and lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals.\
  • Develop and implement effective design management strategies to meet client requirements.\
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.\
  • Contribute to the development of business growth initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation.\
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.\
  • Sustain strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders through exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.\\/ul\[

Requirements:

We require:

  • \
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in infrastructure design, preferably in the Defence sector.\
  • Demonstrated experience in working under a Defence Design Services Contract and/or Managing Contract.\
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\
  • Current NV1 level Clearance or the ability to obtain Defence clearance.\
  • Australian Citizenship.\\/ul\[
