Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast buffet services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in developing new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the kitchen area.
  • Support training and supervision of junior kitchen staff to ensure their ongoing development and success.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume setting. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen space.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
