Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
- Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families.
- Contribute to the education program and centre team.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work culture.
Requirements:
- Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- A permanent right to work in Australia.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability.
- Interest in early years education.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willingness to receive).
