Project Controls Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and excellent client management abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project cost control structures, establishing budgets, tracking actual costs, and reporting on project information. They will also be required to operate various software systems, including Power BI Dashboards and CMS, EcoSys, Acconex, PRISM or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of project cost control structures
  • Establishing and setting project control budgets
  • Tracking and controlling actual costs
  • Accurate and timely reporting of project information
  • Operating various software systems

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Oil & Gas, renewables or infrastructure experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of SAP, Prism, CMS, EcoSys, Acconex, or similar
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
