Key Responsibilities:- Handle all Markets related requests and queries, including product onboarding, regulatory, confirmations, and settlements setups.
- Coordinate and manage customer regulatory requirements, investor suitability, and market product requirements.
- Drive strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliant.
- Take personal responsibility for delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Run controls to ensure our Service Providers are meeting SLA and Quality metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Experience in servicing different client types, including corporate, hedge funds, and financial institutions.
- Understanding of the Markets Trade Lifecycle, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong banking experience, preferably in wholesale banking.
- Knowledge of Market Data and/or Collateral Management, OTC, and Futures Clearing.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting Markets Products.
- Proven influencing skills with strong written and oral communication capabilities.
- The ability to apply a strong level of problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills with evidence-based decision making.
