Job Title: Student Communications Officer

This is a part-time opportunity that involves developing and implementing communication strategies to ensure student engagement, retention and intervention. The successful candidate will have experience in developing multi-channel campaigns, managing multiple tasks within tight timelines and delivering quality customer service.

The role requires the ability to coordinate data collection and preparation of communications, review and analyse interdepartmental communications and develop processes to monitor communication standards.

About You:

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in developing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and presentation of information to a range of audiences. You should be able to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines and demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage students and promote university services.
  • Coordinate data collection and preparation of communications to support student engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Analyse and review interdepartmental communications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor communication standards and ensure consistency across all channels.
