Key Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. As a pivotal member of our engineering and technology solutions group, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in process optimization, resource management, and operational excellence across various functions.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes and goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet or exceed established standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team and with other stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field. This role requires working onsite 100% of the time and being based in Alice Springs, Australia.
