Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead the development of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business success. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee the delivery of products from concept to launch, ensuring timely feature delivery and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a product vision aligned with business objectives, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify customer needs, and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and ensure product satisfaction, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on product strategy and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer needs, with a proven track record of driving product growth.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams, leveraging collaboration and communication skills to drive product success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, Jira, and Aha, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive product efficiency and effectiveness.
