Senior Product Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) administration services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and delivering initiatives across cross-functional teams within the Bank and the SMSF portfolio.

  • Influencing product roadmap & design to meet customer needs and manage risks effectively.

  • Managing key partnerships to explore integration opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Staying on top of external market trends, regulations, and innovations to deliver a market-leading proposition.

  • Owning the end-to-end product risk and control environment, including governance, issue identification, escalation, remediation, and regulatory responses.

  • Monitoring performance and delivery outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and segmentation to identify and prioritise new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong background in product management with experience working in the SMSF industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in product development, customer value proposition development, and managing products across the lifecycle from concept to end of life.

  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience in successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects within an Agile framework.

  • Domain knowledge in SMSF and relevant RG146 qualifications are required.

  • Advanced commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
