Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Job

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Understanding guest needs and personalizing their stay to exceed expectations.
  • Leading the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Utilizing front-office systems, including Opera Cloud, to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Responding to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Adhering to WH&S policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed to achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a 5-star hotel environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current RSA and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
