Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Job
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Understanding guest needs and personalizing their stay to exceed expectations.
- Leading the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Utilizing front-office systems, including Opera Cloud, to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Responding to guest inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Adhering to WH&S policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Providing support to other departments as needed to achieve team goals.
Requirements
- Experience in a 5-star hotel environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current RSA and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
