Automation Specialist

As a Senior AI and Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in democratizing AI and automation across our organization. Your primary focus will be on building critical n8n workflows and developing domain-specific LLMs that enhance productivity for every team member.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Production-Ready Workflows: Develop production-ready automation workflows that seamlessly integrate cloud services, internal data sources, and LLM endpoints.
- Lead Development of Domain-Specific LLMs: Oversee the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs, fine-tuning lightweight models on internal data from Gong, Notion, BigQuery, and other sources.
- Establish Best Practices and Patterns: Establish best practices and patterns for AI and automation across the company, creating templates, documentation, and training materials to facilitate widespread adoption.
- Embed Security & Governance: Embed security and governance into every workflow and model deployment, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data protection.
- Enable Widespread Adoption: Enable widespread adoption by running hands-on workshops, providing ongoing support, and mentoring teammates.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in delivering production systems with Python and SQL, handling real data and users.
- Workflow Orchestration: Proficiency in workflow orchestration with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Ai/LLM Experience: Significant experience leading Ai/LLM projects from conception to production.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Vector/RAG Expertise: Knowledge of vector/RAG expertise with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns.
- Cloud Platform Experience: Experience deploying and managing systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Training Mindset: A strong training mindset with created documentation, tutorials, or enabled others to use technical tools.
