  • ENCOURAGING PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR DAY-TO-DAY ROUTINES, GOALS, AND INTERESTS.">
  • PROVIDING PERSONAL CARE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT - INCLUDING BED BATHS, MANUAL HANDLING/USE OF HOISTS, BOWEL CARE.">
  • LIVING BY OUR VALUES AND BRINGING A POSITIVE, PROACTIVE, AND ENGAGING VERSION OF YOURSELF TO WORK.">

The ideal candidate will have flexibility and availability to work on a fortnightly roster, as well as hold current NSW Driver's License (P2 and above) and vehicle.

A great understanding of person-centered active support and willingness to embrace this model of support is also essential.

Other requirements include First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, WWCC, and Covid19 vaccination.
