Cloud Computing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Computing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using AWS cloud technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed in the cloud.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming leads in a timely manner across a wider geographical region.
  • Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs.
  • Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of AWS solutions to potential customers.
  • Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing.
  • Achieve monthly qualification goals.
  • Update and maintain customer information within Salesforce.com.
  • Provide account management team with detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.
  • Present a high-level, technical solution to diverse audiences relevant to target industry or market.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to customers.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products.
