Role Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to enhance Return to Work (RTW) outcomes in high-risk worker's compensation cases by influencing stakeholders, reducing barriers, and implementing national strategies, while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Case Managers to identify higher risk claims that would benefit from hands-on RTW support to overcome barriers.
- Engage with workers, employers, treating practitioners, and providers to collaboratively plan and implement a personalized and holistic RTW solution.
- Attend medical case conferences and worksite visits where appropriate to plan, initiate, and progress RTW in a safe, timely, and durable manner.
