The Country Road Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team and drive sales and profit growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Profit Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
