Practice Manager Position

Belmont Veterinary Hospital is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.

  • Supervise staff members and create a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them advance in their careers.
  • Work with the Lead Veterinarian in overseeing financial management.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe clinic environment.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar managerial role within a clinical environment.
  • Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.
