Key Role in Premium Dining

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic back-of-house team. This is a key role in delivering premium dining experiences to our discerning clientele.

The Sydney Opera House is one of the world's most iconic venues, hosting world-class performances and events that attract millions of visitors each year.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Modern Australian dishes to the highest standards. You will work closely with our chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong basic food preparation skills to support our chefs
  • An understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use
  • A high level of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
