About the Role

The Digital Operations Specialist will be a partner with digital architecture, security, ICT and business systems to provide cross-domain consultancy to meet overall designs for project or BAU related activities impacting ICT services.

This role is primarily around managing, maintaining and enhancing the quality and safety commissions environment through the provision of high-quality infrastructure advice and expertise.

Position Duties
  • Provide insights and support in the design and implementation of effective architectures for the ICT environment.
  • Guide ICT programs and projects to ensure they align with the enterprise architecture standards, Governance and industry standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex infrastructure challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions to ensure future investment in ICT systems and process support.
  • Drive operational performance outcomes contributing to the achievement of the ICT Operations section, driving opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversight of root cause analysis and problem rectification activities, including system changes required to prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Foster a culture promoting high performance, collaboration, agility and accountability in the delivery of ICT services, modelling a strong risk management focus in-line with technology and governance frameworks.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor team members, fostering ongoing professional development, knowledge transfer and career growth.
  • Develop use cases to recommend enhanced automated processes for timely release of innovative solutions into the live environment.
