The Role

As an Electrical Contracts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts across various high-demand electrical and substation projects. Your focus will be on ensuring project contracts are executed efficiently, contributing to the success of our rapidly expanding portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts for electrical projects, particularly substations and EPC contracts.
  • Coordinate contract documentation, including variations and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to manage project contract execution.
  • Assist with cost control, budget tracking, and financial forecasting for projects.
  • Provide support on procurement and subcontract management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably within construction, electrical, or similar industries.
  • Strong background in handling smaller, fast-paced projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian contract law and construction standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
