  • Documentation Preparation
    • Prepare, check, and load all documentation itineraries at least 8 weeks prior to the first tour departing.
  • Analysis and Feedback
    • Analyze traveller feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product delivery.
  • Promotion and Development
    • Attend consumer shows and expositions to promote products and gather market insights.
    • Contribute towards product development ideas by sharing knowledge and expertise.
