">Job DescriptionThe Retail Sales Assistant role is a key position in our operation, working 7 days a week to deliver exceptional performance. This involves providing an outstanding experience for customers by proactively engaging with them and offering immersive storytelling experiences.
This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, modeling positive behaviors such as a growth mindset and contributing positively to the overall service delivery.
">Key Responsibilities- Sales and revenue generation through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participating in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contributing to the achievement of sales and service targets through proactive engagement and innovative ideas
- Food Handling Certification (RSA)
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality
- Positive and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales protocols and customer service procedures
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
