Role Overview

  • This position plays a vital part in providing an excellent customer experience across multiple areas within the store.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the merchandising of all products on the sales floor, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

  • Assist in ensuring that all products are properly displayed and maintained to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that stock is received and processed efficiently, meeting store receiving processes and standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games.
