Customer Service Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the team to ensure business goals are met and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to genuinely connect with our customers.
