The legal team seeks an experienced lawyer to provide advice and support on a wide range of commercial issues.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide legal advice and support on Australian regulatory issues.">
  • Collaborate with the global legal team.">
  • Offer general regulatory advice, including interpretation and application of reforms.">
  • Review, negotiate, and draft Investment Management Agreements.">
  • Liaise with outside counsel on various legal matters.">
  • Partner with departments to identify and manage legal issues and risks.">
  • Assist with reviews of marketing materials and ongoing due diligence requests.">
  • Work with the global legal team on contract preparation and review.">
  • Manage class action participation by Australian managed investment schemes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Australian qualified lawyer with at least 7 years post-qualification experience.">
  • Strong academic achievement and experience in corporate law or investment management.">
  • Ability to provide technically correct and commercial advice.">
  • Proficiency with the Corporations Act and familiarity with the PDS regime.">
  • Excellent communication skills and technical fluency.">
