We are seeking a skilled Wine Service Professional to join our team at The Dining Room.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in ensuring that the restaurant operates successfully and meets brand standards.
- Collaborate with other Outlet Managers to achieve overall hotel success and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list for the restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage outlets.
- Order, collect, check, and store stock, ensuring optimal wine storage and cellar conditions.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to guests on wine pairings and enhance their dining experience.
For this role, we require:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
- Strong food and beverage service skills and sommelier accreditation.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar fine dining restaurant setting.
