Wine Ambassador

As a Wine Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of wine, including its history, production methods, and pairing techniques. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with guests, provide recommendations, and respond to their needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the wine list to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligns with guest preferences.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop menu pairings and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Providing in-depth wine knowledge to guests, including varietal characteristics, winemaking techniques, and food pairing suggestions.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of wine storage, handling, and preservation procedures.
  • Developing and executing wine programs to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
