Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Acquisitions Manager to oversee the procurement of high-end fashion products for our international retail and digital profiles. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Rosebery, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product range strategies in consultation with cross-functional teams including Design and Merchandising
  • Provide regular market analysis and trend reports to creative teams to inform product development
  • Research international markets and trends to identify opportunities and demand for new product lines and categories
  • Review and align product strategy with business performance, company goals, and global market analysis
  • Identify new product lines and/or categories that can be introduced into the existing product mix
  • Manage Over-the-Board (OTB) budgets for select product lines across international retail and digital profiles
  • Collaborate with Retail Planning team on OTB and stock management, store allocations, and replenishment
  • Optimize sales and stock levels across all retail and digital locations
  • Forecast weekly reorders based on business needs, trends, stock, and in-season OTB management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Retail Buying or equivalent field
  • Experience working within a large retail organization, preferably with a portfolio of 50+ stores
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury market, products, and trends
  • Experience working directly with an in-house design team
  • Ability to present confidently to and direct design teams accordingly
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
