Job Opportunity

We are seeking Customer Experience Evaluators (CXEs) based in Perth, Australia who are passionate about sharing their opinions about their experiences in luxury stores.

As a CXE, you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favourite luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches, or automobiles and provide us with your feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate luxury brand experiences in-store and provide written feedback
  • Interact with customers and sales staff to gather insights
  • Develop a good understanding of the luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch, or automobile industry
  • Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) and/or local language
Requirements
  • Passionate about customer experience and writing
  • Likes to interact with people
  • Organized and prompt
  • Good understanding of the luxury industry
  • Excellent communication skills
