We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at KINNECT. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of financial tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and setup of new customers.
- Handle reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, responding to queries and following up payments.
- Create customer financial reports.
- Perform data entry and process payments.
- Assist the finance team with other administrative and finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration or similar qualification and/or 2+ years' experience in a similar account's role within a medium-sized organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- IT Savvy, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, V lookups would be an asset
