  • Accueillir les clients et prospects : répondre à leurs demandes téléphoniques, être attentif à la qualité et à la satisfaction de la relation apportée à notre clientèle.
  • Écoute active : cerner au mieux leurs besoins.
  • Répondre aux demandes de devis : détecter et comprendre leurs besoins tout en apportant un conseil pertinent dans un objectif de fidélisation.
  • Proposer et vendre des produits d'assurance : adapter ses offres à leurs profils (vente directe, prise de rendez-vous pour les conseillers des agences).
  • Renforcer vos compétences : formation de 10 semaines sur nos produits d'assurance et outils informatiques.
Compétences requises :
  • Communication et négociation : s'adapter à différents styles de communication et négocier avec efficacité.
  • Analyse de données : analyser les tendances et prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Outils informatiques : maîtriser les outils nécessaires pour travailler efficacement.
