About This Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community Development Specialist. In this role, you will be the key link between our organization and the local community, including job seekers, employers, and referral partners.
Your primary focus will be on delivering tailored employment services, growing brand awareness, and building strong, inclusive networks that promote customer success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Expand community and employer networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Develop and manage strategic employer and industry partnerships.
- Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen employer engagement and improve client career outcomes.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
