Job Summary

We are seeking a driven professional to build and manage networks in the community, securing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages.

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers and clients, providing advocacy and information about our services, and supporting clients in achieving their employment goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent networking skills, be able to work effectively in an outcome-based environment, and possess strong organisational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities
  • Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community
  • Work in an energetic environment, challenging oneself and making a difference
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results
  • Ability to network and build solid partnerships with employers and clients
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases
