You will develop and implement a community engagement plan that includes local sponsorships, PR activities, community events, and critical stakeholder engagement.

Collaborating with various business units, you will work to strengthen ties with local community leaders and ensure consistent, impactful customer experiences across multiple channels. By adopting a 'One Optus' approach, you will drive a positive local reputation and contribute to the resilience and growth of diverse customer relationships.

As a Local General Manager, you will oversee the strategic development and implementation of community engagement initiatives. You will analyze internal and external data to understand community demographics, sentiment drivers, competitive dynamics, and key moments.
