Job Title: Membership Coordinator

This role is the primary point of contact for members and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for portraying the club as a professional organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presents themselves in a professional manner with members, players, staff, and the general public.
  • Effectively manages telephone communications.
  • Has a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Multitasks across various functions.
  • Is proficient in social media platforms.
  • Experiences coordinating membership programs, events, and RSVPs in MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles membership enquiries in person, online, and over the phone.
  • Assists with membership and merchandise sales at home games throughout the football season.
  • Coordinates Chairman's Club Corporate Networking events and fundraising endeavors.
  • Communicates with members, including compiling and distributing the weekly East Perth Football Club e-newsletter.
  • Maintains and updates the East Perth Football Club website.
  • Updates social media pages and handles regularly.
  • Processes membership applications and payments, entering information into the database.
  • Assists in coordinating arrangements and attending club functions and fundraising activities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at each East Perth Football Club home game throughout the football season.
  • Proficient with MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Works at the East Perth Football Club stadium during home games.
  • Regularly works outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
