Transport Management Professional

In this key role, you will oversee the management of transport contracts between various stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring seamless delivery of public transport services in Queensland.

  • You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of Translink's contracts with its partners to effectively manage service delivery in accordance with these agreements.
  • An essential aspect of this position is building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional offices, local councils, and business areas such as transport planning, finance, and communications.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the performance of contract holders by applying relevant contract administration frameworks to ensure both parties' obligations are met.
  • This may involve conducting regular meetings with stakeholders and traveling overnight to their locations across the state.

  • Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on this analysis.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and procedures.
