We are seeking a dynamic sales manager to join our ANZ Services leadership team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to effectively implement ambitious sales strategies, cultivate strong customer relationships, and contribute to a flawless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Service Contract Renewals for our instruments
  • Sell Warranty service contracts renewals
  • Develop service sales strategies and move strategy to action
  • Promote value proposition services to existing contract customers
  • Generate new business from non-contract customers
  • Complete Planned Promotions and craft new promotions to generate new business

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales role, preferably in the service or scientific equipment industry with focus on capital equipment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to rigorously adhere to sales and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • 5+ years of strong sales experience, managing sales team would be preferred
  • Great teammate with ability to lead from the front
  • Self starter and ability to motivate the sales team
