We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Senior Field Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to work with cutting-edge environmental monitoring systems, providing operations and maintenance services to clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific instrumentation, field service, or electronics, with excellent troubleshooting skills and a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation and Commissioning: Coordinate the installation and commissioning of environmental monitoring systems according to industry standards.
  • Maintenance and Support: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on assigned projects, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide high-level technical support to customers, including training and assistance as required.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of Branch maintenance contracts meets project requirements, company policies, and standards, while managing costs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and enhance service delivery.
  • Operational Assistance: Contribute to the operational success of the Queensland Branch.
  • Technician Training: Train new technicians to maintain high service levels and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive growth and revenue.
