We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Distribution Account Manager. This role will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our product offerings through strategic business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build lasting relationships with key accounts and drive revenue growth. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion of our product offerings through key accounts.
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build lasting relationships with key accounts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial analysis and forecasting.
