About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and conversion of sales.
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values and motivate the team.
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
  • Ensure the store is always energized to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
